Find people. Build things.
The open collaboration network for students who build. Discover people by what they ship — not where they study. Find teammates, join projects, and learn together.
Application Purpose & Overview
Buildory (https://buildory.online) is a free collaboration network for student engineers, developers, and creators working on software, artificial intelligence, robotics, hardware, hackathon builds, and open source tools.
Public Access Without Login: Anyone can freely browse public project repositories, inspect team requirements, search by technical skills, and view builder profiles without creating an account or logging in.
Why Google Sign-In is Used: Authentication via Google OAuth is required only when a student builder decides to publish their own project, post an update, or apply to join an existing project team. Google OAuth is used solely to verify student identity, reduce spam, and eliminate password handling. We request only basic identity scopes (name, email, profile photo) and adhere strictly to Google's Limited Use policy. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How Buildory Works
1. Show What You Build
Anyone who builds can join. Your projects are your profile — made for committed builders, not résumés.
2. Public Discovery
Browse projects and builders by skill, intent, and real activity without needing to log in.
3. Collaborate
Connect with creators, request to join open project roles, and ship software together.
